How to play

• Read what the bot says, then pick the reply that doesn't let it off (1 to 4, or the arrows and Enter, or click). "Have you checked behind your bins?" "I don't have bins." The others look close, but they go along with it, and that heals it.
• Your phone's battery runs down while you're in the chat, and faster every time you play along. Quick true replies hit harder; three in a row and you can ask for a human.
• It fights back. Yes or yes. Your order number, again. "I understand you're frustrated", which heals it unless you're quick. A survey. Closing the chat on you. Replies that move, and replies that shrink.
• From the second order, it will offer you 50p to go away. Take it and the order ends. Refuse and fight on for the full refund. Today's run gives everyone the same chat.
