Hold Music

How to play

• Your problem is on the sticky note. Listen to the menu and press the number that matches (1 to 9, or tap the keypad). From the second call the keypad stays locked until every option has been read, so remember your number. Nobody else will.
• On hold, tap along to the hold music (Space, a click, or a tap anywhere) as each note reaches the ring at your ear. The hold music is eight bars long. You will learn them. Miss too many and the line goes: you're cut off and sent back down the queue.
• Wrong numbers, dropped calls and cut-offs cost patience, and when it runs out you hang up. Between calls, pick how to get ready: each choice helps, and each one costs. Today's run gives everyone the same problem and the same menus.
